Conveniently located there is something for everyone with a selection of beautiful, sandy beaches to explore as well as a range of facilities in Tenby itself and Trefloyne Golf Course is just down the road. A short drive takes you to the popular attractions of Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities.

The property is approached via an A road. Parking ample, very slight incline at the start of the driveway but mainly level brick paving and patio slabs around the property. No steps into the front door, only bottom door frame. Alternative entrance at the rear (3 patio doors with approximately 6 inch step into house). Flat lawned garden to front and rear. Any help with luggage, information etc can be arranged from the hotel. TV in main lounge with remote control etc. All external doors are 2 foot 9 inches wide. All internal doors are 2 foot 6 inches wide. Good lighting in all areas of property and outside. Public transport approx 400 metres from property.
